Team Bios


The Charles Penzone Hair Creative Team was developed to inspire, educate, and encourage the creative spirit of Charles Penzone Family of Salons hair professionals. Hair Creative Team members have been trained and educated by top industry professionals such as Vidal Sassoon, Schwarzkopf, Lanza, Brocato, and Philip Pelusi. They serve as mentors to aspiring hair professionals and teach specialty classes within the Charles Penzone Hair Career Advancement Program.

Together with the Skin Creative Team, the Hair Creative Team produce photography collections and participate in special events and fashion shows to feature current hair designs, color palettes, and beauty trends from around the world.

The Charles Penzone Skin Creative Team was developed to inspire, educate, and encourage the creative spirit of Charles Penzone Family of Salons Skin Professionals. Skin Creative Team members have been trained and educated by top industry professionals such as Jan Marini, Bioelements, and Youngblood Cosmetics. They serve as mentors to aspiring skin professionals and teach specialty classes for all Charles Penzone skin professionals. 

Together with the Hair Creative Team, the Skin Creative Team produce photography collections and participate in special events and fashion shows to feature current makeup designs, color palettes, and beauty trends from around the world.

The Charles Penzone Massage Creative Team was developed to inspire, educate, and encourage the creative spirit of Charles Penzone Family of Salons Massage Therapists. Massage Creative Team members have been trained and educated by the American Institute of Alternative Medicine and by leading university and college massage departments. They serve as mentors to aspiring massage professionals and teach specialty classes for all Charles Penzone massage professionals.
